Alumafandango will be held in Jackson, California, at the Jackson Rancheria RV Resort.
We have fun!
Each Alumafandango is different, but for five nights/six days, we enjoy lots of informative seminars and contests, plus special events like winery tours, Roving Happy Hours, musical entertainment, Open Grill, Swap Meet, and much more! It’s a great time for everyone — and a great chance to learn more about your Airstream, Airstream customizations, and people like you who love to travel.
Cost for event fee, full hookup campsite and up to 2 people: $575. That includes everything except for a few optional off-site activities. (You’ll be able to sign up for those activities when you arrive.)
Each campsite includes full-hookup with wifi, and some pull-through sites are available.
If you will have more than 2 people staying in your trailer or motorhome, each additional person is $150.

Cancellations for Alumafandango will be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the date the cancellation is received.
- Registrations to Alumafandango® which are canceled on or before July 21, 2016 will be charged a $25 cancellation fee per group (not per person).
- Cancellations received between July 22 and August 19, 2016 will be charged $75 per group.
- Cancellations received between August 20 and September 9, 2016 will be charged $150 per group.
There are no refunds for cancellations received September 10, 2016 or later for any reason.
If you might have to cancel after September 9, 2016 please consider obtaining travel insurance.
Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account that was originally used to make the payment, when possible. Otherwise refunds will be made by paper check mailed to the address on file.
Please note that t-shirts and other merchandise orders are not returnable or refundable. T-shirts not picked up at the event will be considered declined, and no refunds will be given.

Yes, as long as you’re registered for the event. (No “walk-in” visitors will be allowed for Alumafandango 2016.)
If you aspire to own an Airstream, sign up for this event and meet the people and the product! You’ll learn everything you want to know about them. Any brand of RV is welcome to attend. Sorry, no tents.

Alumafandango combines all the camaraderie of a rally with the educational benefit of a seminar (and the entertainment of a festival!) Just the seminars alone are invaluable. You’ll get plenty of opportunity to pick the brains of people who travel extensively, and other owners who are happy to exchange knowledge with you. Plus you’ll enjoy live entertainment, presentations, and much more.
When you register you’ll get the opportunity to buy the special event t-shirts. After the event, there may be some leftover shirts available in our online store but quantities will be very limited and we don’t guarantee availability. It’s best to order your shirts when you register.
Five nights of RV camping with full hookups, numerous informative seminars, a “goody bag” with discounts and information, live entertainment on at least two nights, one dinner, one or two breakfasts (TBD), wine tasting, daily door prize drawings, and other surprises. The full program for 2016 is under development, so some things may change, and new programs will be added!
Your friends can certainly drop in to visit you in the campground at your Airstream, but because of limited space no unregistered guests or visitors will be allowed in seminars, entertainment, tours, happy hours, or any other activity on the official program. No on-site registration for additional guests will be available.
Yes, the campground has a shower/bathroom building, and laundry facility.
If you want to be parked near friends, please contact us with your request. We’ll try to keep you together but due to the limited number of spaces available, special parking requests cannot be guaranteed.
If you would like to arrive early for Alumafandango, we can help you reserve your campsite for up to five additional days (September 15—19, 2016) before the event starts. The rate for additional nights in the campground is $45 per night.

If you would like to arrive earlier than September 15, 2016 or reserve additional days after the event ends, you will need to book those days directly with the campground AFTER you have registered for Alumafandango to guarantee your campsite for the days of the event.
